Remanufactured original equipment fuel injector flows 164 cc's of fuel per minute (15.61 pounds per hour).

Our Remanufactured Fuel Injectors meet the Original Equipment Manufacturers’ (OEM) performance specifications. The rigorous process includes the following steps:

  • The injectors’ O-Rings, Filters, Pintle Caps and Washers are removed and discarded
  • The exterior of the injector is cleaned thoroughly
  • The Injector is submerged in very hot water and cleaning solution in an ultrasonic cleaner to break up any deposits within the injector
  • The injector is then reverse flushed to remove any additional debris loosened by the ultrasonic cleaner
  • The injector is polished, or the paint is removed and repainted
  • New parts are applied including new Filters, O-Rings, Washers, and Pintle Caps
  • The injector is then tested for electrical resistance, and at different pressures for leaks and the appropriate spray pattern.
