At Euro Moto Electrics (EME), we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that returns may occasionally be necessary and have developed this policy to be fair and transparent while protecting the integrity of our products.

EME reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy or are received in a non-saleable condition. Unsaleable items that are returned will NOT be refunded except in rare cases and at the sole discretion of EME personnel.

General Return Conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 120 days of the original purchase date.

• Items must be in unused, uninstalled, and resalable condition in their original packaging.

• Electrical components cannot be returned once installed or if electricity has been applied.

• Non-returnable items: Custom orders, special orders, clearance items, and any product marked "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

• Package the Return: Include a copy of your original invoice. Ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

• Shipping Costs: The original shipping costs are not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. EME is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

• Inspection and Approval: All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Refunds or credits will be issued only after inspection.

Refunds:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after inspection approval.

• For transactions beyond standard credit card refund windows, refunds will be issued via company check.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• No cash refunds will be provided.

EME stands behind the quality of our products. If you encounter a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the item under the terms of this warranty policy.

Warranty Coverage:

• Service Replacement Parts: 12 months

• EnDuralast Starters: 24 months

• Valeo Starters: 24 months

• All Other Products: 12 months

• Electrical components: No warranty

Warranty Terms & Conditions:

• Warranties apply only to products purchased directly from EME.

• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

• EME will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective part. Replacements are shipped with postage-paid if within the warranty period.

• Electrical components are not covered once installed or if electricity has been applied.

• Warranty does not cover:

o Misuse, neglect, or improper installation

o Normal wear and tear

o Damage due to accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repairs

o Labor costs or installation fees

o Consequential or incidental damages (e.g., loss of use, towing, or storage costs)

Filing a Warranty Claim:

1. Contact Customer Service: Submit your claim with details, proof of purchase, and photos (if applicable).

2. Inspection: All warranty claims are subject to product inspection.

3. Outcome: Approved claims will result in repair or replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

EME’s liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product. Under no circumstances shall EME be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, including but not limited to lost profits, downtime, or equipment damage.
