Return Policy Retail:

Euro MotoElectrics sells only new premium products and quality tested remanufactured products. Most of the parts we sell are from Original Equipment Manufacturers which are ISO9002 and or ISO/TS16949 Quality Certified. This ensures that the products you purchase are fully tested and meet or exceed the performance specifications of the vehicle APPLICATION.

***RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM INVOICE DATE***

  1. If you believe the product is defective or does not fit your APPLICATION, please contact customer service at info@euromotoelectrics.com or 303.526.0901
  2. Please provide your order number, EME can help look up your purchase in our records if not available to you.
  3. If upon your communication to us we mutually decide to review the returned item, EME will assign a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#)
  4. The consumer (you) are responsible for all return shipping AND INSURANCE charges.
  5. EME's liability is limited to the purchase price of the part in question.
  6. If the part is found to be in proper working order, the part must be in its original package, in resalable condition and not previously installed to receive a refund.
  7. If the part is found to be defective, a repair or replacement will be provided to you.
  8. If returned for a refund, final determination will be made by EME upon receipt as to 10%-20% restocking fee.

No credit will be given for a products returned without prior authorization.

Return Policy Authorized Dealers:

Euro MotoElectrics sells only new premium products and quality tested remanufactured products. Most of the parts we sell are from Original Equipment Manufacturers which are ISO9002 and or ISO/TS16949 Quality Certified. This ensures that the products you purchase are fully tested and meet or exceed the performance specifications of the vehicle APPLICATION. EME offers a one year replacement warranty on all our products. For all sales through authorized dealers, the following procedure must be followed in order for us to honor any warranties:

  • The end user must be in touch with the dealer/shop/distributer/outfit
  • The Retailer must contact EME by email info@euromotoelectrics.com or phone 303.526.0901 for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#)
  • ALL warranty shipments MUST have a RMA# before being processed.
  • Return authorization numbers expires after 30 days
  • EME must receive a proof of purchase from one of our retailers before the warranty claim is processed. We can assist in finding proof of purchase in our records through the retailers past invoices.
  • Once we receive the part and proof of purchase, we will inspect and test the part. If the part is defective, we will ship out a replacement piece at no charge. If the part tests good, we will ship it back as is.
  • EME will replace parts that fail due to manufacturer error. However, we cannot be responsible for any other damage or labor reimbursements.
  • EME's liability is limited to the purchase price of the part in question.
  • The retailer is responsible for all return shipping AND INSURANCE charges.
  • Warranty will be void if failure results from misuse of product or damage caused by any other improper action.
  • There is no warranty/return for misdiagnosis or customer error.

Warranty Information:

If a part purchased directly from EME is not functioning or operational, it will be considered for warranty repair or replacement. Warranty period(s) includes repair or replacement with postage paid return(s) delivered within the warranty period stated below. EME reserves the right to exercises professional judgment regarding all warranty claims.

Warranty terms:

  • Service Replacement parts 12 months
  • EnDuralast starters 18 months
  • Valeo starters 24 months
  • Bosch Original Equipment NEW alternators 24 months
  • All others 12 months
