A return shipping label is provided and upon receipt of your original unit, the $100 core charge is refunded. Completely remanufactured in USA by a BMW Trained mechanic with NEW electronics made in Germany.

Installation Steps are:

Disconnect Battery
Remove front cover
Mark beancan position
Loosen two screws till beancan can rotate
Put beancan back in original position
Hookup timing light to left plug
Remove timing hole cover
Reconnect Battery
Start engine - don't need full warm up
With timing light aimed at hole rev engine till timing stops advancing. Take quick look at tach should be about 3000 rpm.
Rev engine to a little over where it stopped advancing. Point timing light at the hole Z mark should be centered in the timing hole
With engine revving and timing light on hole rotate beancan till Z mark is centered.
Shut off engine
Snug up beancan screws
Disconnect BatteryReplace front cover
