Crankshaft Radial Seal that keeps oil off the alternator belt and hall sensor.

When replacing the oil seal use the following tips:
  • Position the seal so the "open side" is facing outwards (front of the engine)
  • Preform the seal with your fingers - the inner lip must be clear of the shaft during installation
  • Use a large socket or driver that matches the seals outer diameter and press the seal in squarely until it seats
  • Apply a lubricant to the inner lips of the seal to prevent damage to seal during installation
